Our History

Our society was founded in 1962.  We are the largest police fraternal organization within Nassau County.  We encompass members from Nassau county police, all the villages, and other law enforcement agencies.  Our goal is promote Irish heritage in law enforcement and support charitable and cultural causes.  We are a charter member of the Easter Monday Monument Committee, members of the Grand Council of United Emerald Societies and a charter member of the National Conference of Law Enforcement Emerald Societies.
